JigyasaHub ("we", "our", "us"), located at 15/302 Kalyan Puri, Delhi – 110091, operates the website jigyasahub.com and jigyasahub.in (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Information we collect

• Account & contact data: name, email, mobile number, business name, address.
• Service data (only as needed for the service you purchase): PAN, GSTIN, Udyam number, bank details for GeM registration; sales/purchase records for accounting services; website/app content and access credentials for development projects; audience and campaign data for marketing services.
• Course data: enrolment details, course progress, certificates issued.
• Payment data: processed by RBI-authorized payment gateways; we do not store your card numbers or CVV.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies for login sessions and analytics.

2. How we use it

To deliver the services/courses you purchase; to communicate about your work (dashboard updates, reports); to process payments and refunds; to send service updates and, only with your consent, marketing communication; to comply with legal obligations (GST invoices, tax records).

3. Consent

We collect personal data with your consent, taken at signup/purchase. You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to info@jigyasahub.in. Withdrawal does not affect processing needed to complete already-purchased services or legal record-keeping.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: (a) our team members working on your project (bound by confidentiality); (b) payment gateways for processing payments; (c) government portals (GeM, GST) strictly to perform the service you authorized; (d) legal authorities when required by law.

5. Security

We use reasonable security practices — access controls, encrypted storage of sensitive documents, and per-client access logs. Client portal credentials are used only for authorized tasks and never stored in plain text. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.

6. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the service and for legal record-keeping (tax laws require invoice records for up to 6 years). After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf. Write to our Grievance Officer (below). We respond within the timelines prescribed by law.

8. Children

Our services are intended for users 18+. Course purchases by minors require verifiable parental consent.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and optional analytics cookies to improve the Platform. You can control cookies in your browser settings and via the cookie banner on this site.

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified on the Platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
