JigyasaHub is an independent private consultancy and training provider located at 15/302 Kalyan Puri, Delhi – 110091. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of GeM, the Government of India, or any government department. GeM registration is free on gem.gov.in; our fees are for professional assistance, management and support services.
The scope of each service/package is as described on the Services page at the time of purchase. Deliverables are professional efforts and outputs (e.g., number of bid participations, posts, filings) — not outcomes such as tender wins, sales, rankings or profits, which depend on factors beyond our control.
You agree to (a) provide accurate, lawful documents and information; (b) authorize us in writing for actions on your accounts/portals (GeM, GST, social media); (c) respond to information requests on time — delays caused by missing client inputs extend delivery timelines correspondingly; (d) not ask us to prepare false documents or misleading content — we will refuse such requests.
All registrations (GeM, GST, Google Business, app stores) are created in the client's name with the client's credentials. OTPs and approvals remain the client's responsibility; we act only within the authorized scope.
Fees are as listed at checkout on jigyasahub.in, plus GST at applicable rates unless stated as inclusive. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Free trials do not require payment details upfront; billing begins only when you choose to continue after the trial. Work may be paused for overdue payments.
Where a plan shows a free trial, the trial period and what it includes are shown before signup. You may cancel during the trial without charge through your dashboard or by written request.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime effective from the next billing cycle. One-time services once commenced are governed by the Refund Policy.
Course content, templates and materials are JigyasaHub's IP — for personal learning only; no resale/redistribution. For development projects, deliverable IP transfers to the client on full payment; we may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio with your consent.
Both parties keep each other's non-public information confidential. Our data handling is per the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost tenders, loss of data caused by third-party platforms).
GeM, GST portal, Google, Meta, app stores etc. are independent platforms; their downtime, policy changes, rejections or account actions are outside our control, though we will assist with remediation as part of active services.
We may suspend or terminate services for unlawful requests, abusive behaviour, or non-payment.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights, courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction. Consumers retain their rights to approach consumer commissions as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
